Terms & Conditions

These are the Booking Conditions for holidays booked with Single Fin Taghazout. Please read carefully before making a reservation. Throughout this document, “Single Fin Taghazout” is referred to as Single Fin, and you, the customer, are referred to as the buyer, booker, or renter.

Holiday Contract

Upon booking, our team will send you a confirmation email with a link to our secure booking platform. You'll be asked to provide personal and travel-related information necessary for arranging your stay. A booking becomes confirmed only once the terms and conditions have been accepted. If not accepted within 5 days, the booking is considered unconfirmed, and we may release the reserved space.

For group bookings, the group leader is considered the authorized representative for all participants and assumes full financial responsibility, including any changes or cancellations.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

Prices

All prices listed on our website are in EUR per person for a 4-night stay, unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to update or adjust prices prior to your arrival. Once a booking is confirmed, retrospective discounts will not be applied.

Payment Terms

To secure your reservation, payment must be made within 5 days of confirmation.

• If your arrival is within 42 days, full payment is required.

• If arriving later than 42 days, a 25% non-refundable deposit is due within 5 days of confirmation, with the remaining 75% due 42 days prior to arrival.
  
  

Depending on promotions or special conditions, we may request full prepayment.

Payments are accepted via:

• Bank transfer in EUR or CHF

• Credit card (VISA or MasterCard) in EUR via our booking platform
  
  

Bookings are guaranteed only upon full payment or with a valid deposit as stated. We reserve the right to release any unpaid booking.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel, please notify us immediately. Our cancellation terms are:

• More than 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of the 25% deposit

• Less than 6 weeks before arrival: Loss of 75% of the total booking + deposit
  
  

We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances through legal or debt recovery means. All related costs will be the responsibility of the client.

Single Fin reserves the right to cancel a holiday at least 8 weeks in advance, with exceptions for force majeure. In such cases, the 25% deposit is not refundable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy. Single Fin is not responsible for losses related to missed flights, illness, family emergencies, or other personal reasons. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should be arranged by the guest.

No refund is given for early departures, late arrivals, or missed activities. In cases of force majeure, no refund will be issued, but we can provide official documentation for insurance claims.

Pre-booked activities (e.g., yoga, surf lessons, surfari) missed due to personal reasons will not be refunded. Only if Single Fin is unable to provide an activity will a refund or alternative be offered.

Surf Equipment

Guests are financially responsible for any damage to surf equipment (board, leash, fin, wetsuit). If repairable, only repair costs will be charged; otherwise, full replacement cost applies.

Participation & Risk

Participation in our programs (surf, excursions) is at your own risk. Please inform us of any health conditions or allergies. Follow all instructions from our instructors. We accept no liability for accidents or injuries during activities.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate travel insurance before arrival. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Illness & Health

In the event of illness or injury during your stay, Single Fin cannot be held responsible. By booking, you agree to take full responsibility for your personal wellbeing and hygiene during your time in Morocco.

No compensation or refund is provided for missed services due to illness.

Liability Waiver

By booking with Single Fin, you agree to release us from any liability, damages, or costs arising from the use of facilities such as the Jacuzzi, surf/yoga equipment, or participation in excursions and other activities.

You also accept financial responsibility for any emergency treatment costs and affirm your agreement to the above liability release.

Photography & Media

By booking, you grant Single Fin permission to use photos, video, or other media captured during your stay for promotional purposes, including social media, website, and advertising. If you do not wish to appear in any media, please notify us in writing before your arrival.

Weather Conditions

While Morocco enjoys mostly sunny weather, we cannot guarantee perfect conditions. Poor weather or surf conditions are not grounds for refunds or compensation.

Passport & Visa Requirements

Guests are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months upon entry to Morocco. Please check visa requirements specific to your nationality prior to booking.

Excursions

Excursions booked and paid in advance are non-refundable unless canceled by Single Fin. Only cancellations made by us due to operational reasons will be refunded.

Privacy Policy

Single Fin uses your personal data solely to process bookings and enhance the customer experience. Your data will never be shared with third parties unless required for our booking system or when you have explicitly opted in for marketing.

When signing up for our newsletter or loyalty program, you may receive bi-weekly updates from Single Fin.

On-Site Purchases

Extras consumed or arranged during your stay can be paid at the end of your holiday in cash (EUR or Dirham) or by credit card (VISA/MasterCard). Card payments are processed in Dirham at a fixed rate of 1 EUR = 11 DH.
